What are your wash and fold hours?
You can drop off your laundry any time Monday - Thursday between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We offer Gain, Tide or a Free & Clear detergent for people with sensitive skin.
How much does wash and fold cost?
Wash and fold is only $1.35/lb. If you need your laundry back the same day, it is $1.75/lb.
Is there a minimum order?
No there is not.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No, never! We always keep out client's clothes separated.
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
Your clean clothes will be ready in 24-48 hours. You will receive a text message when they are ready.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you pickup and deliver?
Laundry pickup and delivery services availability:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am to 10:00 am & 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Saturday: 8:00 am - 10:00 am
Sunday: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
What is the turnaround time?
Your laundry will be returned to you in 24-48 hours.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $15 minimum order.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
It is $1.35/lb. if you sign up for recurring service. It is $1.50/lb. if you only use our service from time to time. If you need your laundry back the same day, it is $1.75/lb. and must be picked up in the morning.
Do I need to be home to use this service?
No you do not. When you place your order online just let the driver know where you will be leaving your laundry, so they know where to find it.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes you can. When placing your order there is a place where you can note if you have any special instructions.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
There is not. You can cancel at any time, but we are confident that you will continue with our service as long as we continue to give you great service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
Like other online services we will ask for your credit card/ debit card information. Your card will not be charged until the service is completed.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that can be cinched shut.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Absolutely. Just log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
